    We’re going on an adventure! 🥹 It’s the en We’re going on an adventure! 🥹 It’s the end of one journey and the start of another 💛 Around this time last year, my husband and I decided to finally do the long-term backpacking that we dreamed of after our first ‘backpacking’ trip together in 2014 when we were 19. 12 years later… and now in our 30s, we’re doing it - slow travel!! About a year ago we agreed that life is just too short and we need to pursue our dreams while we can. Over the last few months: 💼 I ended my studio lease in fremantle and started working from home again 📦 We packed up all our belongings and put them into storage 🏡 We moved back to the hills to housesit for family and tie up any loose ends 🧳 We put our lives into 4 bags! Today we’re heading off (starting with Indonesia, our next closest country) and going where the wind blows us from there for the next 7 or so months ✨ I can’t wait to share this next era. So many wonderful synchronicities led me here to the Perth Airport lounge. Looking forward to showing what we get up to 🌏🌿 (Photo by my mum-in-law 📸)

Sitting with and deeply considering each product and all the work that’s gone into each one, and all the hands and hearts they pass through. Huge applause to anyone out there making products thoughtfully, especially in our current time. It’s a feat 🙌 Rainbow lorikeets found our banksia 🧡🌈 Satay tempeh bahn mi from Little Loaf in South Freo. $16.50. Amazing. 5/5. A message well and truly received this July 🥳 🥹 White tails 🪶 Drosera (carnivorous but we won’t hold that against it 😌) Halfway through the year & the best is right around the corner hehe x
    Moments from the last 2 months – home, creative Moments from the last 2 months – home, creative projects, and a few words that resonated 🌿 Highlights include @fash_rev week (and some volunteer work for the Aus team behind the scenes!), @circularfashionfestival’s RE:Fashion Hub, @fabpatch.au, tackling some renovations and landscaping, gardening and weeding most days, a lunch with @ausconservation and tickets to the panel (enlightening stuff 🙌), @selkiesocial from home, all the time I can get with my girls 🐾, and preparing to review some beautiful creations for the @cleanandconscious_awards! Tbh, what just happened 😂😂 Some soaring highs over the last 8 weeks. Not to get too woo-woo but, at the end of this season, I’m feeling guided, protected, and boundless. Locking in now, and focusing on all the good juicy stuff to come 💚

There’s lots of categories, from skincare & makeup to fashion & zero waste products 🙌 There’s a good chance you’ve seen the awards logo or finalist/winner rosettes from previous years on some of your favourite products out there!
